The following terms and conditions apply to all purchases made on darø.eu. Dealers with special agreements purchase according to Darø's business-to-business conditions (GTCS). All agreements entered into in connection with a purchase on daroe.eu are described in Danish and are subject to Danish law. We recommend that you read the terms carefully before you shop on darø.dk.

Darø a/s makes reservations for typos, price changes and sold out items. All prices are quoted in EUR and incl. VAT and other taxes.

Order Confirmation and Risk Transition

After ordering the desired items, you will receive a receipt via email. If you wish to cancel or change anything in your order, please contact our customer service as soon as possible. Any remaining orders or longer delivery times will be notified at the e-mail address provided.

Ownership of the ordered goods will not be transferred to you until they have been delivered to you and we have received full payment. Upon delivery to you, the responsibility for their loss or destruction also passes to you. If the item is damaged or lost during transport to you, darø.eu is responsible for payment. If this happens, you are required to notify our customer service within a reasonable time. If the item is damaged or lost during a return shipment to darø.eu, you are responsible for payment.

Security of purchase and payment

Darø.eu reserves the right to cancel a purchase if fraud is suspected. All suspected fraud will be reported to the police. We also reserve the right to cancel a purchase if resale purchases are suspected.

At darø.eu you can pay with the following cards as well as ePay:

All debit card payments go through an encrypted payment system, so Darø a/s never has any kind of payment information. Thus, no information is disclosed. In addition, Darø a/s can only withdraw the amount approved before the completion of the purchase. The amount will only be deducted when we ship your goods.

When you create an account on darø.eu a personal password is required. You are responsible for securely storing the password, so only you can access it. We do not have access to your chosen password.

Shipping

Delivery takes place within 2-5 business days in Denmark. Shipments are delivered by GLS and delivery can be to private address, company address or parcel shop.

We reserve the right to charge fees for unrecovered parcels and parcels that have been rejected upon receipt.

Cancellation

The right of withdrawal is effective from the day you receive your order or a substantial part of it. The right of withdrawal is 14 days.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify Customer Service in an unambiguous statement to kundeservice@daroe.dk. The cancellation deadline is met if you submit your declaration of exercise of the right of withdrawal within 14 days of receipt of the order. Within 14 days of sending your statement, the goods must be returned to us. All payments for the goods received from you are refunded without undue delay and in any case within 14 days of the date on which we received notice of your decision to cancel the purchase. However, we can withhold the refund until the item has been returned or until you have provided documentation that the item has been returned. By using the right of withdrawal, you will be charged all costs associated with the return of the goods.

You are liable for any deterioration in the value of the goods due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, properties and manner of operation of the goods. Include original packaging and any label

Complaint

We guarantee that the goods ordered are free of errors on delivery. Should you have received a defective or incorrect product, you should contact customer service as soon as possible at mail kundeservice@daroe.dk. In connection with purchases on darø.dk, you always have 24 months of right of complaint in accordance with the Purchasing Act against presentation of valid order confirmation or receipt. The right of complaint does not cover defects, damages or wear and tear that are directly or indirectly caused by incorrect use, failure to maintain or unauthorized intervention. The Purchasing Act deficiencies may apply. Any complaints can be sent to kundeservice@daroe.dk.

Applicable law and jurisdiction

You must be 18 years of age to shop at darø.dk. If you are under 18 you must have the consent of your parents.

These terms and conditions and your use of darø.eu as well as all relationships without contractual nature that may arise from or in connection with them, must be regulated by and interpreted in accordance with the essential Danish law. You accept the exclusive jurisdiction of the Danish judiciary to settle conflicts that may occur through these terms of trade.

Change of trading conditions

We reserve the right to change these terms of trade to the extent necessary. The changed terms can always be found at daroe.eu. Custom or modified terms apply only to orders made after the changes have been made and come into force.
